A Tribute to America

The Castlewood Singers, a mixed-voice choral group based in the Indianapolis area,  present “A Tribute to America” concert which will take place on Saturday, June 4, 2016, in the Pershing Auditorium at the Indiana War Memorial in downtown Indianapolis. 

This program includes patriotic music, songs from years gone by, brass fanfares, color presentation, salute to the Armed Forces and narrations, including a special recognition of Indiana’s Bicentennial celebration. This is a fitting musical tribute to our veterans and the citizens of Indiana.

The Castlewood Singers is incorporated as a non-profit organization providing quality entertainment across a wide variety of musical styles.  We have performed regularly in Central Indiana as well as in a number of national and international settings over the last 30+ years. They include: various venues in Scotland and England in 2000, the Biltmore mansion in North Carolina in 2003, Germany and Austria in 2004, Carnegie Hall in 1996 and 2009 and Florence, Italy in 2015.

This concert which is designed to honor our veterans, to celebrate the 72nd anniversary of D-Day, and to commemorate Indiana’s Bicentennial through music that touches our hearts, our pride, and our patriotism. Tickets are $20.00 per person and are only sold in advance of the concert. Past and present U.S. armed forces personnel (active duty, military veterans/reservists, and National Guard) are discounted to $15.00 each.
