In celebration of Jazz History Month, the Madame Walker Theatre Center will pay tribute to the late Dr. David Baker during Jazz on the Avenue April 29 beginning at 6 p.m.

IUPUI professor and jazz aficionado Rob Dixon will set the stage aflame with his musical dexterity. Dorthy Coleman’s Creative Cakes & Catering is selling a delicious soul-food dinner (optional) that is available for an additional $10. Let the Walker be your first stop after work!
