This exhibition will bring together professional ceramicists and ceramic students to reveal aspects of their creative processes. Each artist offers a glimpse into their work through drawings, images, and words as a means to visually illustrate how their final pieces are made. A variety of objects will be featured from utilitarian to sculptural, figurative to installation. They will explore themes of formal consideration, storytelling, and symbology. The examination and exploration of how process influences final pieces will impart the viewer with a deeper understanding of each object and its individuality as art.
