David and Alice Berger invite you into their artfully restored English manor-style home in Indianapolis for the kick-off to the 2016 Art & Home Tours. Built in 1933, this exquisite home was originally the Howard J. Lacy mansion and features original stained-glass windows and marble floors. David and Alice purchased the home in 2008, and being historic preservationists, restored the home to its original grandeur. Today, David continues to own and operate Berger’s Table Pad Factory, which he founded over 30 years ago. The couple is highly involved with philanthropic initiatives in the Indianapolis community, including sharing their home at least five times a year with charitable organizations. Lastly, while touring the 20,000-square-foot house, please enjoy delicious hors d’oeuvres by Black Plate Catering, owned by Keith Little.
