The rainy seasons starts in Barranquilla. Once more the city is flooded by the pouring rain. In the intimacy of a small workshop, hidden in a desolate street downtown, Luis, a lonely man, repairs radios and TV sets. Carmen, a woman who despite the difficulties in her life, has an air of joy and a strong wish to live, works behind the reception desk of an old three-star hotel. come to less.
