The 8th annual Cumberland Arts Goes to Market, Aug. 20, 2016, will include a Celebration of the 2016 Indiana Bicentennial!Cumberland Arts Goes to Market is a free festival with free parking.

Enjoy an easy walk along Saturn Street to shop at art, craft and farmers market booths. Pick up a “Tour Card” when you arrive at the festival. It will lead you to interesting and fun historic stations scattered throughout the festival area that highlight significant periods in Cumberland and Indiana history. Get your card stamped at each station. The first 500 visitors who complete their “Tour Card” will receive a festival keepsake.
