The ACT Prep4Life Program (P4L) celebrates the history of what could be considered the peak era of R&B, Soul and Funk with “THE OLD SKOOL SPECIAL” – A Celebration of Soul!!! Featuring amazing tributes to some of the most well-known girl groups, guy groups, kid groups and single artists from the 60s and 70s. Matinee performances will premiere during Father’s Day weekend ONLY! 2PM on Saturday June 17th and 4PM on Sunday June 18th at the Madame Walker Theatre located at 617 Indiana Avenue, Indianapolis, IN.

“THE OLD SKOOL SPECIAL”- A Celebration of Soul!!! will highlight the vocal talents of the ACT Prepsters under the musical direction of Mark Duerson and the theatrical guidance of Prep Facilitators Makeda Lands, LeToriya Gowdy, Austin Day and Joshua Humphrey.

“THE OLD SKOOL SPECIAL” – A Celebration of Soul!!! is bound to leave our audiences in awe as they clap their hands and sing along with the harmonies of the classics. This

production showcases the many talents of the Prepsters after 9 weeks of classes and closes out our 27th season on a musical high note!

Gather the family to celebrate Father’s Day weekend Saturday June 17th at 2PM and Sunday June 18th at 4PM. Advance Tickets are $10 for all and can be purchased online at www.asantechildrenstheatre.org. All seats are $12, if tickets are purchased on the day of show.
