Timequake Clambake

Timequake Clambake

Presented by Kurt Vonnegut Museum and Library at The Lodge at The Willows on Westfield

We’re gathering 200 of our closest friends for the biggest party on the KVML calendar!

We’re ending VonnegutFest in style with our annual Timequake Clambake!

Join us for beach music, a delicious seafood heavy hors d’oeuvres buffet, and a whole lot of laughter at the Timequake Clambake.

Plus – Bonus! We’re trying something new this year – Stories by the Campfire – with the theme of A Litle More Common Decency. Throughout the evening, a local storyteller will take the stage to share a personal story of common decency in his or her life. So join us to hear stories from Chris Lafave, Bianca Pena, Terrian Barnes, and a grand finale story by Veteran/Poet/Author Brian Turner. Be ready to laugh, and maybe cry, and laugh some more!

And remember: Don’t dress up! Dress like you are going to a Hamptons Clambake. We want to see plenty of salmon pants and shorts, nautical-themed outfits, and those ever-popular Madras designs you have hiding in your closet. This is a party with all the fixings we can find!

Cash Bar Available: Mixed drinks $7, Wine $6, Beer $5, Soda $2, Water free – Credit cards accepted.
