Mindfulness is a particular way of paying attention to present moment experience. Meditation techniques and practices can help cultivate mindfulness, which in turn can help us stay attentive to the writing task, notice the ways our minds support or detract from the writing, and gain understanding about our relationship with our writing. This 3 hour class provides opportunities to experience mindful moments and explore meditation techniques to enhance your writing process.
