The Eiteljorg Museum, IUPUI and Spirit & Place Festival are excited to present a concert by renowned musician Bill Miller (Mohican), who is a powerful singer-songwriter, guitarist and Native flute player and three-time Grammy winner.
The Eiteljorg Museum, IUPUI and Spirit & Place Festival are excited to present a concert by renowned musician Bill Miller (Mohican), who is a powerful singer-songwriter, guitarist and Native flute player and three-time Grammy winner. Before the concert there will be a panel discussion with IUPUI religious studies professor Dr. Rachel Wheeler and Florida State University musicology professor Dr. Sarah Eyerly, who will discuss their collaborative research project with Miller and others to bring back 18th century Mohican-language hymns that were almost lost to history. The combined panel discussion and concert are free.
