The Indianapolis Propylaeum Sixteenth Annual Salon Society, April 15, 2018 beginning at 3:00 pm. Enjoy an elegant evening of live entertainment, dinner, silent auction and a wine pull.

Don’t miss an extraordinary performance by the principal oboist with the Indianapolis Symphony Orchestra, Jennifer Christen, flutist Alister Howlett and pianist Gregory Martin as they perform Sonata for Oboe and Piano, Francis Poulenc; Six Metamorphoses after Ovid for Solo Oboe, Benjamin Britten; and Trio for Flute, Oboe, and Piano, Madeline Dring. This is music for the soul.

Following the performance there will be a silent auction and wine pull in the Carriage House. Gift baskets, gift certificates, surprise bags, a wine pull and more await guests and their best bids.

The Salon Society is a major fundraising event to benefit the Indianapolis Propylaeum, a non-profit whose mission is to advance educational and cultural opportunities for women and the community and to maintain and preserve the historic Propylaeum.
