Adults and teens are invited to commemorate the 50th anniversary of the assassination of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Dr. Terri Jett, Associate Professor of Political Science at Butler University, will lead a discussion on Dr. King’s 1964 Nobel Peace Prize acceptance speech, “The Quest for Peace and Justice.” The speech will be a jumping-off point for discussing technology, social change and progress. No reading is required in advance. Refreshments will be served. This program is presented in partnership with Indiana Humanities.
