For the first time we have scheduled a second free family concert due to their popularity. The concert, performed on period instruments gives students a sense of what the forerunners of the instruments that they know today were like. It is a perfect way for toddlers through early grade school to be introduced to the sounds of the “pop music” of the times of William Shakespeare. Ensemble Caprice has a wonderful way of performing for and talking to the young audience members and keeping them involved and engaged. Gather up your children, grandchildren, nieces and nephews, and neighbor’s children and enjoy this fun morning.
