Marianne Glick began painting in 2005 looking for a way to positively approach the winter months after a career in corporate training. Her love of gardening inspired many of her early paintings, but her most recent works are abstract. She has worked in a variety of media over the years, but now focuses on acrylics. Her personal mission to ignite, inspire and direct energy for positive action flows through to her paintings as they bring joy to the viewer.

Ms. Glick has donated paintings to benefit some of her favorite non-profit organizations such as Children’s Bureau of Indiana, Women’s Fund and Planned Parenthood, to name but a few. She serves on the board of directors of the Glick Family Foundation, the Gene Glick Company, the Central Indiana Community Foundation and United Way of Central Indiana, as well as many other organizations.
