FREE SCREENWRITERS' WORKSHOP!

Presented by Moriarty Media and Indiana Film Network at Carmel Clay Public Library

WHAT: THE 2018 CARMEL FILM FORUM: FOCUS ON INDY INDE FILMMAKING! This workshop is designed to develop screenwriting skills for writers at any skill level.

ABOUT THE SESSIONS: On Saturday, August 4, participants will receive a screenplay format guide to refer to throughout the class. They will be shown well written scenes from films, dissect the scenes and discuss what makes them memorable. They will be instructed to write a dramatic scene, email their work and receive feedback via email during the following week. On Saturday, August 11, participants will have the opportunity for their scripts to be performed by professional actors in a table read.
