This class will help you discover where to start, how to find time that you already have to write, and use it well.
Instructor: Larry Sweazy
You’ve always loved to read, and sometimes you’ve thought, “I can do better than that.” You’ve dreamed of being a writer longer than you care to admit. You’ve dreamed of seeing your novel on bookstore shelves, of being interviewed on television and in newspapers about your latest artistic achievement. But how do you make your dream come true? Life is busy. Where do you find the time to read? To write? To take the chance that the story you have to tell will matter to the world? This class will help you discover where to start, how to find time that you already have to write, and use it well. Other topics include: what to read, what to write, and how the publishing industry works. Most of all, learn how to make your dream of being a writer come true.
*This class is not genre-specific. Skills can be applied to all writing disciplines.
