Embracing the Divine Feminine:

OPENING ARTIST’S RECEPTION:
First Friday, August 3rd, 2018 from 6 – 9:00pm.

This exhibition explores and celebrates female energy considering the sacred and the spiritual, myth, mystery or folklore, definitions of beauty, societal behaviors, the metaphysical and other reflective interpretations via works in painting, sculpture and mixed media as well as ritual, spoken word and performance. The participants work thematically constitutes art that best represent the Divine Feminine/Sacred Feminine/Feminine Identity/the Divine Mother aspect of power, positive empowerment and the complexities of being a woman through conventional as well as unconventional means.
