This event will serve as the kick-off of the Madam Walker Legacy Center’s Black Music Month Concert Series! Many thanks to the National Endowment for the Arts and Indiana Arts Commission for sponsoring this series. WTLC’s very own Karen Vaughn will be our special guest for the evening.
