Older adults are invited to learn the steps they can take to live healthier lives with vitality while preventing cognitive decline. These sessions are geared toward adults aged 60 and older, but those of all ages are welcome to attend. This program will focus on exercise and how it can improve physical and mental health. Participants will take part in a gentle workout.
