Featuring a newly commissioned work for the ButlerBallet; Falling Sky choreographed by Patrick de la Bana to a new score for Wind Ensemble composed by renown film composer Michael Abels (“Get Out” and “Us”).

The 2020 Midwinter Dances continues the tradition of presenting two alternating programs of spectacular dance. “Falling Sky” will be presented on all six performances and will feature live performances of the new score by the Butler Wind Ensemble under the direction of Michael Colburn.
