The Hendricks Symphony Orchestra and Chorus will present a concert featuring dance music and dancers from three area dance programs.
The Hendricks Symphony Orchestra and Chorus under the direction of Benjamin G. Del Vecchio present “Invitation to the Dance” on Friday, September 27 at 7:30 p.m. and Sunday, September 29 at 3 p.m. at Avon Middle School North (1251 N. Dan Jones Rd. Avon.) The concert will feature dancers from the Curtain Call Studio for Performing Arts, FlamencÓle, Erica Dominguez director, and The Biz Academy of Musical Theatre. The music will include Hoedown from Aaron Copland’s Rodeo, Strauss’ Emperor Waltz and LeRoy Anderson’s The Waltzing Cat. Tickets for Invitation to the Dance are available at the door for $18 adult, $15 senior and $7 student (with I.D.)
