Cooking with Ancient Grains Pop-up Class (ages 16+)

Learn how to cook with ancient grains raised by Indiana farmers and milled by the only artisan mill in Indiana – The Carthage Mill located in Carthage, Indiana – from Kahn’s Fine Catering Executive Chef Sam Merenda. Find out how to make corn muffins, gnocchi from scratch and polenta arachini with smoked gouda and tarragon tomato jam.

Ticket purchase includes two glasses of wine or non-alcoholic drink of choice, snacks and samples of the creations. Registration required by Oct. 31 online at indianamuseum.org or by calling 317.232.1637.
