A collection of models, drawings, and photographs from the estate of Ronald Bladen and the Loretta Howard Gallery.
Angle / Edge / Plane: The Sculptures of Ronald Bladen highlights Bladen’s practice as a sculptor, who influenced fellow Minimalists Carl André, Donald Judd, and Sol Lewitt.
This exhibition is supported by a generous gift from the Creative Motif Fund and was organized by the Ewing Gallery of Art + Architecture at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
An artist’s talk given by George Page and an opening reception will be held from 5:30 to 8 p.m., Wednesday, Jan. 15.
The Galleries at Herron, located in Eskenazi Hall on the IUPUI campus, are free and open to the public from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Saturday and 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Wednesdays. Herron galleries will be closed on Nov. 28-29 in observance of the Thanksgiving holiday.
