Long-Sharp Gallery announces its first solo exhibition for Israeli-born, South Africa- and UK-trained abstract painter Tamar Kander. Kander, an Indiana resident for the past thirty plus years, lives and works in Brown County.
Long-Sharp Gallery announces its first solo exhibition for Israeli-born, South Africa- and UK-trained abstract painter Tamar Kander. Kander, an Indiana resident for the past thirty plus years, lives and works in Brown County. Her distinctive style has won her recognition and landed her work in important collections here and abroad, including the permanent collection of the Indiana State Museum. Kander’s exhibit, Scratch the Surface, opens at Long-Sharp Gallery Indianapolis on February 7 and runs through April 4, 2020. An opening reception with the artist will take place on February 7th from 6:30 – 9:00 pm and is sponsored by Conrad Indianapolis and EvanTodd Salon & Spa.
