Learn how to choose material, what is a resume, what to expect in the room, how to prepare, etc. Adults and youth ages 13+ are welcome to join Phoenix’s Artistic Manager Chelsea Anderson for this “Audition Basics” workshop.

Just register at education@phoenixtheatre.org and join the FUN Saturday, April 4 from noon to 1 p.m at home via Zoom on your computer or devices. Other upcoming classes include “Making a Scene” on April 2 with Jolene Mentink Moffatt, and “Auditioning with Meisner” on April 7 with Artistic Director Bill Simmons.

Chelsea is an actor, director, producer, dialect coach, and playwright in Indianapolis. In addition to the Phoenix, she has worked with the IRT, Summit Performance Indianapolis, Storefront Theatre of Indianapolis, Indianapolis Shakespeare Company, Forward Theater Company and Great River Shakespeare Festival among others.
