Join Programs Manager, Sarah K. Ginter, for IWC’s first ever Book Club! April’s pick is Little Fires Everywhere by Celeste Ng.

We will have a kick off event on Wednesday, April 8th from 3:00-4:00pm in order to get everyone situated with Zoom, the online platform where we’ll be hosting most of our virtual opportunities at IWC, and to talk about the game plan for our book club event that will take place later in the month.

You’ll be invited to a private Facebook group to talk about the book throughout the month! I’ll be leading discussions in the Facebook group as you read the book. This will also be a space for you to pose questions and offer insight – just no spoilers!

Finally, we’ll have a Hulu watch party of the first two episodes of Little Fires Everywhere with Reese Witherspoon and Kerry Washington. Don’t have Hulu? They are having a one-month free trial. During our watch party, we’ll be live-commenting in our Facebook group to talk about our reactions, our comparisons to the novel, and clinking our virtual glasses. Join in on the fun!
