Indiana’s favorite gospel singer joins the Ambassador of the Great American Songbook for an evening of seasonal classics, with multi-camera coverage livestreamed in HD video and stereo sound to your Smart TV or connected device.
The Center for the Performing Arts will usher in the holiday season with a free online concert by Michael Feinstein, the Ambassador of the Great American Songbook, featuring acclaimed inspirational singer Sandi Patty as special guest.
Home for the Holidays: An Evening with Michael Feinstein and Special Guest Sandi Patty will stream live from the Palladium stage to viewers worldwide in multi-camera HD video with rich stereo sound. For the program of seasonal favorites and Songbook classics, Feinstein will be backed by pianist Miro Sprague, drummer Mark McLean and bassist Steve Dokken. Patty will be accompanied on several numbers by pianist Steve Potts.
Feinstein is the Center’s Artistic Director and Founder of the affiliated Great American Songbook Foundation. His work as a singer, pianist, preservationist and advocate for timeless popular music has earned him five Grammy Award nominations.
Patty, known as “The Voice,” is one of the most acclaimed vocalists in contemporary Christian music, with 40 Dove Awards, five Grammy® Awards and numerous other accolades. After many years of living in Indiana, she and her husband, Don, currently reside in her native Oklahoma. As a blended family, they are parents to eight children and eight grandchildren.
