The Town of Brownsburg’s Williams Park entry circle features a whimsical bee playing a violin. The bee encourages visitors to listen to the music of nature.

The artist, Patrick (Pat) Mack (1964-2021) was an Indianapolis-based artist. Born in South Bend, Indiana, Mack attended the Portfolio Center of Atlanta (Georgia) and received his B.A. from Indiana University in Bloomington. He was the founder and principal artist at Creations by Pat Mack, working with communities, architects, and other clients for large-scale sculpture and commercial photography. He designed commissioned site-specific artworks, specialized in all metals, developed new artistic techniques, and also created wax, wood & concrete sculptures. Mack’s creations were shown at numerous exhibitions & shows, posted in newspaper & catalog reviews, and won numerous awards.
