Eve Biddle and Josh Frankel create an engaging mural for passing motorists and pedestrians. The rockets fly up, finding their way across the columns celebrating freedom and flight. Each column acts as a frame in animation, turning the underpass into a whimsical and exciting zoetrope.  

Fly was one of 46 murals commissioned by the Arts Council of Indianapolis as part of its nationally renowned 46 for XLVI murals initiative.
