Over a career of over 30 years, Don Lawler has created stone sculptures on a professional basis for public and private outdoor sites. Lawler creates contemporary sculptures that focus on the positive. Common themes include spiritual concerns, the goal of self actualization and the potential of daily self renewal. The monumental scale of Lawler’s stone sculptures further represent the artist’s affinity for building imaginative and creative encounters with art. Lawler artist hopes to create sculptures that will endure for ages; speaking to everyone in the universal language of concept, design and craftsmanship.
