This street-art-style, small mural of a blue British-style police box pays homage to the T.A.R.D.I.S., a “character” in the long-running TV series “Doctor Who.”  In the series, an advanced time-space ship (TARDIS stands for Time And Relative Dimension in Space) of alien origin, flown by The Doctor, is disguised as a police box so it can land in 20th/21st century Britain without attracting undue attention.
