These two murals on either side of E Washington St under a railroad bridge were painted by Barb Stahl and volunteers who signed the mural. Both murals were funded by the Keep Indianapolis Beautiful Project 180 grant and were sponsored by Kiwanis International whose main focus is education. The pairing of the murals reflects the goal of these two organizations: education and working together.

Barbara Stahl is the owner of Stahl Studios Inc. Stahl Studios offers over 20 years of experience in fine, corporate, and public art. Stahl Studios specializes in painting super graphics, murals, and signs that require hand painting. Barbara Stahl has worked extensively with school corporations around the state as well as Indy Parks and Recreation, Keep Indianapolis Beautiful Inc., and the Arts Council of Indianapolis.
