This collaborative mural was created in June 2018 by the Pogue’s Run Art and Nature Park Revitalization Task Force, the Otterbein Neighborhood Association, Near East Area Renewal (NEAR), and Teen Works. Artistic facilitators included Near Eastside artists Jose Garcia, Tosca Carranza, and Andrea Jandernoa.
The mural is located at the spillway in Pogue’s Run Nature Park. It reflects the native plants and wildlife of an Indiana pond area.
