Rightway Auto Mural

Artist Nick Smith (aka Nick Abstract) was commissioned by Rightway Automotive to produce an angular mural utilizing their brand colors. Angled next to a busy intersection, this mural sees a tremendous amount of daily traffic on the southeastern side of Indianapolis. Customers drop their keys into the dropbox on the front door of this structure, and the mural concept angles toward these substrates so that customers “interact” in a way with the mural itself.

Nick Smith is an Indianapolis-based color-blind contemporary artist, specializing in urban abstraction. His works are inspired by architectural geometries in contemporary infrastructure with stylistic nods to graphic design and style writing.
