The Taming of the Shrew

Khaos Company Theatre, a new professional non-equity theatre in Indianapolis, is proud to announce their outdoor production of Shakespeare’s Comedy The Taming of the Shrew directed by Heather Bartram. This play about an unruly woman and a man who likes it rough is full of slapstick comedy as the witty Petruchio (Anthony Nathan) aims to tame the wild woman of his dreams Katherine (Kaylee Good).

Khaos Company Theatre is the urban theatre for professional emerging artists providing paid opportunities and filling the void between community and unionized experience in a unique simplistic environment. Khaos Company Theatre is the only professional theatre located in the newly declared Federal Promise Zone, one of only eight neighborhoods in the country to be given the Federal Promise Zone status by the Obama Administration in 2015. The Taming of the Shrew performs at July 31, August 1, 8, 14, 15, with rain dates scheduled for 7pm on August 9th and 13th.  Chairs will be provided for the outdoor performance in Legacy Plaza located across the street from Brookside School #54 and Khaos Company Theatre located at 3125 E. 10th St. Suite K, Indianapolis, IN inside the Clifford Corners’ micro-incubator space. Shows start at 7:00pm, seating open at 6:30pm.
