Join historian John L. Rupp from the Center for Automotive History as he explores the life of Charles Black and his relationship to Indiana’s automotive history. Go back in time to 1890’s Indianapolis and discover if the Circle City really could be the place where the first gasoline powered car in America was built. This program will be held in the Riley Meeting Room.
