Ignition Arts is hiring! Ideal candidates will be:

Experience in fabricating large scale elements and other creative projects.
An all around team player, with a positive attitude and enthusiasm for learning new skills
Ideal candidate will have experience with automotive, industrial, and/or specialty coating applications

Required:
.
Metal fabrication experience
Experience using standard shop tools
Familiarity with standard shop and tool safety protocols
Highly effective communication skills
Able to work independently as well as with a team
.
Preferred:
.
Experienced with automotive, industrial, and/or specialty coating applications
Experience working in a creative fabrication environment
Background in art, architecture, or design
Ability to work from 3D models and/or familiarity with Rhino
.
This position is full-time hourly, in-person in their studio in Indianapolis. Standard work hours are 8am to 4:30pm M-F, with overtime, weekend & evening hours, and occasional travel expected as projects/deadlines necessitate.
