ELIGIBILITY: Professional artists over 18
DEADLINE: November 2, 2020
The Frederick B. Karl County Center is an approximately a 440,000 square foot, 28-story building located in downtown Tampa. It houses approximately 1,500 employees and receives approximately 400 daily visitors and is the seat of the Board of County Commissioners and other elected officials. The desired theme for the artwork is the history of transportation in Hillsborough County and its development through transit. The artist should propose a medium that is durable and requires low maintenance. The Artist should consider how the mural transitions at the floor.
