If you are an artist looking for additional income opportunity or an art teacher looking for space on the Southside of Indianapolis to teach, the Southside Art League has multiple studio spaces available for teaching opportunities. Teaching is a great way to have a more stable income. We all know that it’s hard to predict how many paintings we will sell each month. That can make paying bills a challenge, to say the least. While it’s important as artists to build a decent savings for those dry periods, you can also help yourself out by teaching others to paint or draw. Teaching is also a great way to learn and advance your own artwork from teaching others.
You will have a lot of freedom in how you run your class, the medium, the age group and what you charge. They will provide a great space for art classes and help promoting your class to our membership and the community.
