Join me as we dive into poetry surrounding our bodies. The goal of this workshop is to get you to think deeply about yourself and all the ways you speak to yourself. We’ll take time to dive into negative thinking patterns and I’ll share how poetry has helped me change mine. Best of all, you walk away with a powerful poem written by you!
