Jenn Felts and the Tokyo Twiggy clothes line brings even more refreshing and interrestign designs. Her display will be next to Jess West (Cosutmes for Cirque du Solueil, Dance Kaleidoscope) , Codi Banks (Witty by Codi) and more. 13 local artists altogether.
