Rice and Beans Festival

Rice and Beans will have food, music, and activities the whole family can enjoy! The Rice and Beans festival is a passion project of founder, Bryan Fonseca, Rice and Beans is meant to reflect our mission through culinary delights. We all know rice and beans is a dish found in many cultures and we intend to spotlight similarities and celebrate the uniqueness of flavors. Join us for food samples, bounce house for kids, music and hula hoops! Plus, tours of the nearly completed theater and a fun, sunny Sunday afternoon in Haughville Park! We want to celebrate the many flavors of this essential dish and we can’t wait to share a plate with you! Some of Indy’s best ethnic restaurants and food trucks will be serving up their best dishes.
