Best known as author of the Rizzoli & Isles series, now on TNT, Hoosiers may remember Tess from her personal visit to 23 libraries across the state over a 16-day period in 2013. 

In Playing With Fire, a woman haunted by an old piece of music uncovers a dark, decades-old secret involving a dangerously powerful family that will stop at nothing to keep her from bringing the truth to light. 

Gerritsen will also be playing a musical piece she wrote for the novel, accompanied by internationally-known violinist, Susanne Hou.
