The Little Mermaid, Jr.

In a magical kingdom fathoms below, the beautiful young mermaid Ariel longs to leave her ocean home to live in the world above. But first, she’ll have to defy her father King Triton, make a deal with the evil sea witch Ursula, and convince Prince Eric that she’s the girl with the enchanting voice. Over sixty talented students from schools throughout central Indiana have been working with artistic director Emily Ristine Holloway, musical director Jeanne Devos Bowling, and choreographer Mariel Greenlee. Kyle Ragsdale, art designer, and Michael Moffat, lighting designer, are also joining the 2013 season. Summer Stock Stage will present The Little Mermaid, Jr. at the Ayres Auditorium at Park Tudor School from June 27 to June 30.  Performances are at 7 p.m. on Thursday through Saturday, with a matinee on Sunday, June 30, at 2 p.m.
