Fishers Arts Council presents Winter Wonderland – in conjunction with the City of Fisher’s Winter Wonderland experience
The Art Gallery at City Hall comes alive with 15 artists creating brand new art right before your eyes! Ask questions, learn about new mediums, and purchase a gift for that special someone. You may find the perfect painting, winter scarf, ornament, necklace, and more at this event. Plus – a drop-in art class will be available every hour – make your own gift to take home!
