All Ball is a wall-hung sculpture made from cut-up, used basketballs. Taking inspiration from the Hyatt Place/Hyatt House hotel’s location across the street from the Indiana Pacers’ home court, the artist inverts our typical knowledge of what a basketball looks like to use it as pure material and form. The first basketballs put into production were by AG Spalding in 1891, and the historical development of that original form has come to help create multimillion dollar sports franchises
