Created as a community engagement activity and stemming from the Indy East Art Peace initiative, this temporary mural enlivens a small community park in the St. Clair Place neighborhood. Images of an abstracted sun, sky, clouds, and birds on one side provide a breath of nature in the urban environment, while text quotes on the other side encourage young people to dream and persevere.
The mural was designed by artist Tosca Carranza, who lives in St. Clair Place, specifically to be painted by
