States of Incarceration: Documentary and Panel Discussion

In association with the April 13 – May 14 exhibit at Central Library, “States of Incarceration,” adults are invited for a screening of the documentary, “13,” a 2016 film that centers on race in the criminal justice system and titled after the 13th amendment to the U.S. Constitution which outlaws slavery.
