On October 10, 2015, Michael J McGuire suffered a sudden severe brain bleed called Dural Venous Sinus Thrombosis. Michael endured 3 brain surgeries, 20 days in the Neuro ICU, 7 days in Acute Neuro, and 40 days in a rehabilitation facility. After numerous in-home and outpatient therapies, Michael continues to struggle with communicating and has Aphasia.
Through all of the trauma and challenges for Michael and his wife Megan, Michael has discovered his hidden talent for Art. His creative eye for
Michael works primarily in acrylics & has a great passion for the abstracts. He utilizes intensely rich colors within his works. His Nature Art shows both sophistication and a delicate touch.
Michael’s subjects vary from Abstract, Nature Art, Art Medley, Animal Art, and his Faith Collection.
