Intro to Weaving Workshop by Danielle Ewing

Rogue Art welcomes Danielle Ewing from Grey Violet Weaving as she teaches this weaving workshop focused on the basics of Lap Loom Weaving. Enjoy a relaxing afternoon in a gorgeous art gallery learning a new hobby. Each student will walk away with a woven wall hanging and all the tools and fibers to complete their project and more after the workshop. Students will learn the basics of weaving including warping the loom, plain weave, soumak, rya knots, twining, terminology and techniques. You won’t want to miss learning about this amazing art.
